Before coming to the house she asked questions about it, researched what other homes in the area were listing for, and then came to the house to get an idea of its true condition. She did more homework and came up with a realistic price of the home’s value. We listed the house for a conservative price and ended up with 25 written offers; the offer that I accepted was far above listing price. She was there with me through the whole process, answered questions that I had promptly and efficiently, and took the burden of selling the house off of my shoulders so that I could concentrate on other areas of cleaning up the estate.

She was always prompt, courteous, empathetic, helpful and knowledgeable. The winning bid was more than I'd expected and was received just 11 days after the property went on sale, and she simultaneously provided the same excellent service to a neighbor across the street.
